How to book an appointment:
Unfortunately we have had to temporarily close again because of national lockdown. We hope to open on the 12th April but will await confirmation before making any appointments. We have closed booking so that we can give priority to those already booked. If you didn’t have an appointment booked the waitlist is now closed until we have booked everyone currently on our lists, then we will reopen our diary for appointments.
Online Booking Rules:
- If you can’t see the service you normally have it will either be because the time slot you would like is not long enough or you can’t book that particular service online at the moment. Please call us (leave a voicemail if we do not answer) or e-mail us and someone will get back to you. Don’t book another service in it’s place as the timing may not be correct and its more important than ever as we continue to be covid secure.
- Colour services require a skin test at least 48 hours before, if you have not had your hair coloured with us before or not for 6 months or over you must have a skin test. Please call or e-mail us to arrange this.
- If you haven’t had your hair coloured with us before or not for a long time and would like a change you must have a consultation first. Ordinarily, these are available to be booked online but with the limitations we are working around you must call or e-mail us to arrange this.
- **Important** If you haven’t had your hair coloured with us in the last 6 months, have had it coloured elsewhere, have coloured it yourself, have had any semi permanent make up, henna tattoos, an allergic reaction to any other colouring product or are pregnant you MUST call us to arrange a skin test at least 48 hours prior to your colouring service.
