We have a few guidelines to make everyone’s experience at Luxe a pleasant one

• All new clients for colour services must have a consultation and allergy test at least 48 hours before they are able to book a colour service.
• We ask that you endeavour to arrive promptly for your appointment to avoid changes/ shortening of your service.
• Due to salon space and limited seating, we kindly request that clients do not bring friends, relatives or children in to wait for them whilst having their hair service.

We require clients to have a complimentary colour consultation in order book out the correct amount of time for your appointment and give you an accurate price for the service.

It also helps us to assess your hair and do any necessary testing to see if the result you want is achievable.

Your health and wellbeing is a priority, some people already have or can develop an allergic reaction to hair colour products which can result in hospitalisation. This precautionary measure helps ensure that we can safely apply colour to your hair without risk of a reaction.

If you have not been to us before you will need to fill out an appointment request form. We currently don't have availability for balayage in the evenings for new customers.

We are unable to give you a quote over the phone as all colouring services vary greatly depending on what the end goal is and everyone’s hair is different. We are able to give you a basic idea based on our price list but to get a personalised quote you will need to book a consultation and have a discussion with a stylist.

We advise in order to secure your ideal appointment time with your preferred stylist to book your appointment 6-8 weeks in advance. Dates can be changed up to 48 hours if needed.

Evenings and weekend appointments are our most popular times and we suggest booking at least two appointments in advance to secure your preferred slot.

If you arrive late we will try where possible to keep your arranged appointments, however we may have to shorten or change the service slightly to ensure other clients appointments aren’t affected.

Colour services with a cut and finish can vary between 3-5 hours or maybe for some bigger jobs a bit longer. Most cutting services will be between 45 mins and 1.5 hours. Please allow enough time for your appointment so that your stylist is not rushed. If you do need to be somewhere after your appointment do let your stylist know at the beginning of the service so they can be aware.
