Your appointments are very important to the Luxe Hair Design team, it is reserved especially for you, and we rarely have to re-schedule or cancel appointments without notice. We understand that life is busy, some things are unavoidable and sometimes things just come up. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Although we would request where possible to give us more, the more notice we have the more chance we have to fill the appointment.

 The Cancellation Policy

Please note that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed via text and e-mail 3 days in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, if you cancel or re-schedule inside of 48 hours a cancellation fee will apply (at our discretion)

-If you have cancelled or re-scheduled with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours notice and we can’t fill the appointment this may result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice this may result in a charge up to 100% of the reserved service amount.

– “NO SHOWS” will be charged up to 100% of the reserved service amount.

-We reserve the right to charge an up front deposit which will be deducted from your final bill. Should you then cancel or re-schedule with less than 48 hours notice or not show for the appointment the deposit will not be refunded.

-Any cancellation fees applied to your account will have to be paid before being able to book another appointment.

The cancellation policy is for the benefit of all involved, it allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our team members schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. We Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not send us e-mails or Facebook messages to cancel. The inboxes are not monitored all the time and we need to know as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment. You can cancel and re-schedule appointments via online booking (providing more than 48 hours notice) or by calling us on 01252660030 and leaving a voicemail if not answered.
