Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the Luxe Hair Design team, it is reserved especially for you, and we rarely have to re-schedule or cancel appointments without notice. We understand that life is busy and some things are unavoidable and sometimes things just come up and schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Although we would request where possible to give us more, the more notice we have the more chance we have to fill the appointment.

 

THE CANCELLATON POLICY


Please note that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed via text and e-mail 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

 – If you have not missed, cancelled or re-scheduled an appointment with less than 24 hours notice before or not in the last year we will be understanding and cancel without charge.

 -If you have cancelled or re-scheduled with less than 24 hours notice more than once in the last year and we can’t fill the appointment this will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. But we will allow you to purchase products up to that value in substitute, so that you have something to show for your charge.

 – “NO SHOWS” will be charged up to 100% of the reserved service amount.

 – Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

 -We reserve the right to charge an up front deposit on certain services at certain times of year which will be deducted from your final bill. Should you then cancel or re-schedule with less than 24 hours notice or not show for the appointment the deposit will not be refunded.

Luxe Hair Design has introduced this policy after 5 years in business due to the overwhelming amount of last minute cancellations and re-scheduling. The cancellation policy has been introduced for the benefit of all involved, it allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our team members schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
